Tortellini Cream Cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In the meantime, cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package. We use tortellini with cheese filling for this recipe, but you can also choose a different filling.
  • Cut the pepper into small cubes
  • Chop the onion
  • Put a small dash of oil in a pan and fry the onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
  • Add the herb cream cheese and herbs.
  • Once the cream cheese has melted, stir the tortellini into the sauce.
  • Place the contents of the pan in an oven dish, sprinkle some grated cheese on top
  • Place in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Serve with some arugula and a pinch of fresh pepper.
